Where can I find out more about size and fit ?

On each product page, you will find the Brand’s own Size Guide.
 

Can I make changes or cancel my order ?

Due to our marketplace model, we unfortunately can’t make any changes or cancel an order. However, if your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we’ll be happy to try to see what we can do if you email us at customercare@loliekids.com.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

You can track the status of your orders via our Track your Order page you can find linked in our footer. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

We want you to shop freely on Lolie without having to worry about shipping costs.

We’re pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all European countries. All clothing orders will ship for a flat 12 euros.  If an order includes small decorative items (cushion, mirror, lamp, etc) it will ship for 15euros.

Large furniture items (teepees, chairs, tables, etc) each have their own handling fee which you will see at checkout.

Are duties included in shipping fees?
